Alcohol dispenser has been detached from the handsink station.
Nothing is stored inside the handwashing station.
->note: further repeat of 401 infraction in the future shall result in issuance of Correction Order
Dishwasher is still dispensing 100ppm chlorine at plate.
*Operator will be requesting for more chlorine test strips at next dishwasher service.
Reach in freezer was at -14C today. Discussed that if food products are starting to thaw (reaching 4C), the unit must be repaired or replaced as defrost cycle should not cause food to thaw.
Cleaning under the burner and in reach in cooler completed.
No opened cans of food stored in cooler.
No unapproved food onsite at time of inspection.
