Observation: Front left bay door in front of walk in freezer has gaps on sides - damaged at base of bay door.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all exterior doors (bay doors) close tightly and door sweeps installed at bottom to prevent possible pest entry into facility. All gaps must be sealed. In the meantime consult pest control about pest control devices on each side of bay door to catch any possible rodents entering facility through side gaps.

- 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution available in labelled containers. Chlorine test papers available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- Cleaning and sanitizing procedures reviewed with staff.
- Monthly pest control services provided by IPM Pest Control - no rodent bait noted inside. Pest control devices (snap traps) noted inside facility.
