Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice in rice cooker internal food product temperature 48 degrees C. Operator stated rice reheating. Setting on "keep warm" not "cook".
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is reheated to over 74 degrees C for 15 seconds within 2 hours. Setting turned to "coo"k again. Consider replacing the rice cooker under the cash register area as the lid and handle is damaged.

Observation: Grease accumulations observed on the exhaust canopy. Dust accumulations observed on the fan cover for the beverage cooler. Dust accumulations observed on walls inside the walk in cooler. Food debris accumulations observed on the floor of the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the above noted areas. Clean on a regular basis. Cleaning issues have been identified in past inspections. Correct by July 20, 2017.

Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -14 degrees C.
Two freezers in corner at -15 to -17 degrees C.
Self serve cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Individual tongs provided and display is provided with a sneeze guard.
Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach available for use in spray bottle.
Permit posted in front area.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.

Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers, freezers, and hot holding. Have records available for review at all times.

Hand delivered outstanding permit fee letter. Cheque #157 in the sum of $150 made to Fraser Health received.
