Observation: Sandwich display cooler registered at 5.4C. Single door cream cooler required at 7.4C. Temperature log indicates display cooler has been at 5C or 6C for the last few weeks.
Corrective Action(s): Move all potentially hazardous foods to a working cooler that is able to maintain a temperature of 4C or below. Service/repair coolers so they are always able to monitor a temperature of 4C or below. Note: The purpose of checking temperatures and keeping a log is to take corrective action when needed (ie. when temperatures are above 4C). Staff was instructed to move food during the time of inspection. Date to be corrected by Immediately.

-single door storage cooler registered at 0.4C.
-single door storage freezer registered at -18.2C.
-High temperature dishwasher registered at 74.5C.
-Stir spoons stored in water registered at 55C, change water frequently (every 20 minutes) or keep stir spoons in ice water bath, or keep water above 60C.
-Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towel.
Note: Both compartments of sink used for dish storage. Ensure one side of sink is kept empty for easy access to hand sink,.
-Dump sink sometimes used for handwashing. Ensure this sink is equipped with paper towel.
-Chlorine sanitizer available for use 200ppm.
Reminder: Store cloth's in sanitizes solution if wet or launder after each use.
-Ice machine clean. Scoop stored outside in container.
