Follow up inspection for violations from routine -Trays are being used to hold glasses and mugs now as trays are easy to clean and maintain -Cleaning under the cooking equipment is partially done. As they are batter and grease, proper cleaning agent and time is required. Improvement is still present. Most grease and batter build up is gone. -Operator indicated that there will be proper cleaning soon to remove all grease and food debris
