-No cold potentially foods stored at room temperature
-Frozen foods stored in walk in cooler
-Stainless steel bowls have been removed from bulk bins
-Food safety procedures discussed with operator. Potentially hazardous foods are not to be stored in dangerzone for more than 2 hours.
