-All coolers 4 deg. C or less (prep cooler, undercounter cooler, cabinet drawer).
-Refrigerated room approx 10C (no raw meat processing done in this area)
-Hand wash station fully equipped & accessible.
- 200ppm quat available at at 3 compartment sink source and in spray bottle.
- Staff wear gloves, clean uniform and hair restraints
- Overall general sanitation good. No obvious signs of pest infestation.
