A sign was posted on recipe to mix bleach santizer for counters, however. Food contact surfaces (counters and utensils - used for preparing food) must be washed and sanitized. Date to be corrected by: Immediately - corrected during inspection Correction: Staff mixed up chlorine solution and placed cloth inside bucket. Concentration ws 100ppm.
