Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BFNVDC.

Low temperature dishwasher measured 48 degrees C and 50 to 100 ppm chlorine in rinse residual at the utensil surface (required: minimum 50 ppm chlorine).
Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled containers with wiping cloths and in labeled spray bottle at approximately 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
Hand washing stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Operator FOODSAFE certification to be verified at next inspection. Please keep copy of operator FOODSAFE certificate on site and available for the Environmental Health Officer.
