Introduction

A follow up inspection to Routine Inspection KBEL-BYAPT9, dated February 10th and 18th, 2021, was completed to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA) and the Residential Care Regulations (RCR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP).

The following care systems were reviewed during this inspection:
-Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings
-Policies and Procedures
-Hygiene and Communicable Disease
