Observation: The fridge did not have accurate temperature reading (digital thermometer outside at 5.1C and thermometer inside at 6C). Probe thermometer at 1.2C.

Comments

-Staff mentioned kitchen not used for cooking, only for heating/warming up food (eg. from caterers, residents etc.). Ensure food is reheated to 74C.
-Premises is clean and well organized.
-Hand sink had hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels
-No sign of pests
-Bathrooms had hot and cold running water, paper towels, hand air dryer, liquid soap
-Items in cabinet locked up. For staff use.
**Caretaker does not have Foodsafe certificate. Ensure that in the absence of operator, at least one staff is Foodsafe Level 1 certified or equivalent. Caretaker noted that operator has Foodsafe Level 1, to confirm.
