Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TPAU-DBNU7E)

- Freezer has been defrosted/serviced.
- Equipment have been cleaned and maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Oil spill cleaned.

Discussion
- Spoke with the Operator during inspection and informed that Fraser Health has no records of approval for the extended unit outside the facility. Operator stated that it was previously approved in 2012 and he pays $75 fees for the mobile. Records checked during inspection. No records of extended unit being approved as a mobile food premises. The decal that was shown by operator during inspection was for the food facility. Operator was advised to obtain approval if he wishes to use this unit as an extension of existing facility. Requirements discussed during inspection along with the requirement for adequate ventilation.Operator was reminded to contact the City of Surrey for ventilation requirements. Operator stated that he may either make it as an extension of existing facility or have it approved as mobile food premises. Operator confirmed that no food operation will be conducted at the extended unit until he obtains approval.
- DO NOT PREPARE, PROCESS, COOK, STORE and/or SELL any food/drinks from the extended unit until health approval has been granted by the district EHO.
