Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink was blocked with a hose.
Corrective Action(s): Operator removed the hose at the time of inspection. Ensure the hand washing sink is always kept clear of obstruction to encourage good hand hygiene.

Routine inspection conducted.

Temperatures:
- Walk-in freezer: -21C.
- Front display freezer: -18C.
- Front display cooler: 3C

Sanitation:
- Two-compartment sink was equipped with plugs.
- Hand washing sink was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- Ample supply of QUATS concentrate was available on site.
- There was no food handling occurring at the time of inspection. The area had been cleaned and sanitized after the morning staff had finished cutting and packaging fish.
- General sanitation was excellent.

Storage:
- No signs of pest activity noted in the fish department area at the time of inspection. However, rodent droppings were noted in the deli department next to the fish department -separated by a counter/shelving unit. Rodents can travel between the two areas freely.
- Food is stored off of the floor.
- No build up of food debris noted in hard to reach areas - GOOD
NOTE: Closely monitor pest activity to ensure food is protected from contamination.
