Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink at the front was observed to be obstructed with cases of soft drinks and vacuum.

Observation: Built-up of food debris, and single-use container observed in the following area:
-Underneath the prep coolers.
-Underneath the worktable at the front of house.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer buckers measured at 100ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach on-site.
Prep coolers and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 63C.
Foodsafe level 1 operator on-site. Operator informed that she took Foodsafe last year of 2020 but failed present certification due to her losing the copy. Provided operator with contact information to get certification re-printed and mailed and have it on-site for EHO review.

NOTE: At least one staff with Foodsafe level 1 certified must be on-site at all times during operation of food service establishment.
