Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3-compartment sink did not have any bleach prepared in the sink for sanitizing at the time of inspection. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): While in operation, sink must be prepared with 100ppm bleach to allow for proper sanitizing of equipment and utensils.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station in the back meat cutting area single use cloth towel dispenser was used up and staff were wiping gloves in the used cloth at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff must have access to handwash stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use method of drying hands. Staff are not to wipe gloves for reuse. Gloves must be discarded when they become contamination. Cloth towel dispenser was replaced at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to July 21, 2017.
-Staff did not have any bleach prepared in the 3-compartment sink at the time of inspection.
-Cloth paper towel dispenser roll had run out of cloth and staff were wiping dirty gloves on cloth roll. Staff stated they were in the process of changing roll. Photos were taken at the time of inspection.
-Facility has numerous repeat violations. Continued non-compliance with the Food Premises Regulation will result in the issuance of a violation ticket or tickets.
