-Follow-up inspection to July 20, 2018. -Prep cooler has been serviced and defrost cycle had been adjusted to 10pm, 4am, 8am. Cooler unit will no longer defrost during busy rush periods. Condiments in the inserts of the prep cooler still as high as 9C. Facility to begin using a time tracking method for foods in the inserts. After 2 hours, food items must be used up or discarded. -Burger cooler has also been serviced and drain plug was cleared - no longer any water pooling in the cooler unit. Door seals for the cooler unit have also been ordered. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
