Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Please ensure the paper towel in the customers' washroom is loaded into the dispenser.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Rice in the rice cooker were being kept warm at over 60.0C.
Facility just opened at the start of the inspection. 2 sanitizer containers were prepared during the inspection and 100 PPM chlorine residual was detected in both containers.
No signs of pest activities noted.
General cleanliness acceptable.
Drain plug is available for the 2-compartment sink.
Low temperature dish machine was noted with 50 PPM chlorine residual.
Operator has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate.
