Observation: Inside of ice machine visibly dirty. This is a reoccurring issue.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize inside of ice machine immediately. Clean ice machine at an increased frequency to prevent this from becoming an issue again.

Comments

-Upright storage cooler at 4 C or below.
-2 door under counter cooler at 4 C or below.
-Display cooler at 4 C or below.
-Mini bar fridge at drink station registered at 8 C. Operator adjusted temperature of fridge at the time of inspection. Cooler had two jugs of dairy milk and two cartons of non-dairy milk. Use within 2 hours. Ensure fridge is able to maintain a temperature of 4 C before re-stocking.
***Temperatures should be checked and recorded daily.
-Hand washing sink at drink station equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and single use towels.
-Two compartment sink used for hand washing at times - recommend mounting paper towel roll on wall.
-Quats solution in bottle registered at 400 ppm. Note, Quats solution from dispenser should not exceed 400 ppm. Follow manufacturer's instructions and use test strips to verify strength.
***Reminder: Wiping cloths to be stored in sanitizer solution or laundered after each use. Alternatively, single use paper towels can be used.
-High temp dishwasher registered at 71 C on plate surface during the final rinse. Recommend using maximum registering waterproof thermometers to verify temperatures.
