-Follow-up inspection to May 20, 2022.
-High temperature dishwasher power supply was replaced and dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77C and 78C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Prep cooler was at 2C to 4C. Cooler unit is no longer used for the storage of meats.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled. Ensure sure other spray bottles are also labelled to identify their contents.
-Additional cleaning of door seals required.
-Food storage practices improved - one container double stacked at the time of inspection. Plastic wrapped placed between the inserts of food at the time of inspection.
-Operator FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 02, 2023.
