- Premises is operating as a convenience store and selling/serving cookies, muffins and coffee. Other menu items (hot dogs, sandwiches and pizza) are not currently being served. - Handsinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. - Coolers which were in use were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder): - Sliding door beverage cooler 4C - Single door beverage cooler 4C - 2 door Traulsen cooler 3C - Display cooler 3C The following cooler units were not powered on/not in use at the time of the inspection: - Quest 3 door unit, Beverage air prep table unit (front service area) - Continental prep table unit, McCall single door reach in cooler (back of premises) Freezers were maintaining product in a frozen state: - Chest freezer -22C - Single door stainless freezer -18C Prior to use, ensure these units are operating at 4C or colder. - No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection. - Bleach and quats sanitizer present for sanitizing step for warewashing and for sanitizing surfaces. Reviewed manual warewashing procedures with Operator. - Any changes to food items served require prior review and approval by Fraser Health
