Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Master-Bilt display cooler is measured to be 10.1oC (air temperature). Food temperatures recorded are sub at 9.9oC; sandwiches at 13.1oC and pepperoni and cheese sticks at 9.2oC. Staff mentioned temperatures have been fluctuating for the past 2 weeks. Thermometer on cooler had a flashing "HA" sign.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use cooler until temperature is maintained at 4oC or less at ALL times. 5 subs, 3 sandwiches, and 13 pepperoni and cheese sticks discarded.
