1.On upper ledges around perimeter of processing room
2.Under lower shelving in packaging room
3.Hole noted in washroom wall

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all holes are sealed and droppings are cleaned up. Monitor for activity and inform pest control. Pest control provided by Orkin and devices noted through out facility.

Observation: Required cleaning:
1. Door and door handle of walk in cooler - build up food debris and mildew
2.Walls around processing room are covered in dust and splatter

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: "P" trap piping under both the hand sink and 2 comp sink are leaking. Right comp sink pipe is completely separated from sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all piping is properly repaired and water is drained from sinks down the proper waste pipe and not leaking onto the floor. Water currently falls on the floor and flow toward the floor drains. Not an acceptable long term solution. Repair/replace pipes.

-Walk in cooler: 4 C
-Chest freezers: <= -18 C
-2 door freezer: (Not in use)
-Sanitizer bottle available at 200 ppm chlorine
*Ensure all chemical bottles are labelled with its contents. Label bottle "sanitizer" or "bleach water".
-Pest control devices on site and service provided by Orkin - rodent concerns are better controlled since last 2 routines.
-Commercial ventilation filters re-installed
-New LED lighting in place - florescent fixtures still available but not in use.
-General sanitation of facility has improved
