Introduction

An unscheduled follow up inspection to the routine inspection # SHUN-BY2T9G dated February 8 was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the last routine inspection were reviewed for compliance.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

Summary of Inspection
At the follow-up inspection conducted today, March 3 , 2021, there were 4 children and the Licensee present.
All previously identified contraventions have been appropriately addressed.
No further action is required from Licensing and the Licensee.
The contents of the inspection report was reviewed with the Licensee at the time of the inspection. This report was written off site ( .25 hrs ) due to Covid-19 to help promote health and hygiene. A copy of this report and the risk assessment was emailed to the facility.
