Routine inspection conducted:

Discussed food preparation and food service procedures with kitchen staff member on duty. It was stated that meals are prepared for same day service and leftovers are discarded at the end of the day.
- Upright cooler at 4 degrees C. Baby room cooler at 4 degrees C.
- Chest freezer at -27 degrees C
- Thermometers accurate to 1 degree C available for cold holding units
- Food is covered and protected from contamination.
- Canned foods in good condition
- Hand washing sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 77 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
- Two compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid detergent, and two sink plugs
- Bleach water sanitizer available in a labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm chlorine.
- Utensils and equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Temperature records available
- FOODSAFE requirements met. Certificate for staff member on duty is valid to 2022.
