Follow up inspection as per inspection report F00242128 The following has been completed: Received the permit fee ($50) Copy of the legal documents Daily temp. log in place. Walk in cooler measured temp. 2 C Dishwashing area; new shelf installed for storage of the clean dishes. Still need your attention: Dry storage area: new shelving will be in place Hand wash station are supplied with disposable paper towels. Please ensure that they are wall mounted, permanently mounted. Apron hooks need to be installed and staff lockers.
