Sanitizer (quats) - in 3 comp sink and buckets - measured 200 ppm.
Test strip available for sanitizer.
Walk-in freezer was below -18 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C.
Prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for gravy, mash potatoes, corn was above 60 deg C.
Hot holding for chicken was above 65-70 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Staff hygiene was satisfactory. Staff wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint and staff hand washing was observed.
No signs of pests noted. Pest control in place.
Staff washroom and public washrooms were clean and provided with sanitary facilities.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
