Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found food debris on meat slicer, which has not been used in 2 weeks.
Corrective Action(s): Must wash and sanitize all equipment after use to remove all food debris and oils. Do not use slicer until washed and sanitized.

Corrective Action(s): Chlorine must be between 100 to 200 ppm, 1/2 tsp chlorine bleach per litre water.

Observation: 1. Found raw meet being stored above vegetables.
2. Found processed vegetables being stored in cardboard box
3. Found bags of rice, beans and salt sitting on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Store all raw meats on the bottom shelves, below vegetables and ready to eat foods.
2. Once whole produce is washed and prepared (i.e. cut) it must be stored in washable containers.
3. All food products must be stored at least 6" off of the ground.
