CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED
- This is a follow-up to the Closure Order issued on March 30, 2020 as a result of violating Public Health Act Orders regarding COVID-19
- Any further violations of the Public Health Act Orders will result in further enforcement action
- Health approval has been granted to operate. This does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other agency. Ensure that your business permit is valid with the City of Burnaby before operating.

General:
- handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- reminder that handwashing stations are for handwashing ONLY
- sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine
- dishwasher reached 73C at the final rinse cycle
- ice machine requires a little more attention - some parts missed; operator began cleaning at the time of inspection
- ensure ice scoop is not stored within ice - must be stored separately in a clean container
- single-use mouth pieces and hoses available for hookah
- hookah area separated from kitchen
