Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-AW8RQN:

- Surface sanitizer was available in spray bottle and in white bucket with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm chlorine solution. The spray bottle was located in the front serving area and white bucket in the main kitchen.
- Chlorine test strips available to monitor the chemical dishwasher and the surface sanitizer. Ensure to check the sanitizer concentration of the dishwasher daily (ie. before operating) and change out the surface sanitizers daily.
- The faucets of the main handwashing station were in good working order.
- Most food items were covered with plastic wraps or proper lids.
- Do not store the uncovered food cart near the back door.
- The wire shelves were no longer lined with newspaper.
- All refrigeration units (display coolers, walk in cooler, prep line coolers, walk in freezer) equipped with working thermometers.
- Caked on debris on the areas/equipment noted on the previous report has been removed. General sanitation has improved. Continue to follow the cleaning schedule.
- The person in charge now has FOODSAFE training. Please email the FOODSAFE certificate once available to the health inspector. Contact information was given to the operator.
- There were two FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Please note that the FOODSAFE certificate of one other staff expires in September 2018. She must take a refresher course to renew her certificate.
Note: FOODSAFE certificates obtained prior to July 29th, 2013 expires on July 29th, 2018. A refresher course is to be taken to receive recertification of FOODSAFE.
