COMMENTS:
- Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition
- No evidence of pests
- Pest control program in place
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Two sink plugs available for use
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout kitchen food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT


NOTE - Two hour recording for potentially hazardous food items is occurring. Facility is properly recording times and amounts that have been discarded and even items that have "sold out" - EXCELLENT WORK - Facility may continue to hold items at room temperature for 2 hours provided they follow the food safety plan that was approved by Fraser Health. Failure to follow the plan exactly will result in the plan being Ceased Immediately. Continue with this excellent work.
