Observation: Rodent droppings observed in dry storage area and behind fryers.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure rodent droppings are removed daily. Rodent clean up guidelines provided.
All food must be kept in pest proof containers. All surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized before using.
Pest control services are in place - follow recommendations provided by pest control professional. Follow up with property manager regarding roof tiles and sealing the exterior of the building.

Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: The internal temperature of shredded cheese was 12C and shredded Lettuce was 15C. These foods were located in the sandwich cooler and had been in there since yesterday. The last temperature check was conducted yesterday at 2pm.
Correction: Staff discarded these foods as per their food safety plan. Keep all cold potentially food at 4C or below.

**Broken floor tiles behind the deep fryers need to be replaced.

Overall, facility kept in a clean condition. Food is kept six inches off the floor and there is no build up of food debris.
More effort needs to be made in removing rodent droppings that are behind and underneath equipment and sealing off entry points for pests.
