Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71.3 and 78 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) after running it for two loads.
Dishwasher final rinse reached over 180 degrees F for at least 10 seconds during the final rinse cycle at the manifold level (reading was checked at the final rinse gauge),
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser of the third compartment sink.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the sanitizer pails with wiping cloths.
