Handsink is accessible No food stored next to handsink where they might have been prone to contamination Ice machine and exhaust hood have been cleaned Coolers and freezers have been reorganized and decluttered Staff food items are now designated on a tray inside the bar cooler (top right shelf) Only toilet paper and paper towels are stored in the bathroom - extra wall shelving units added ***Please remove the short foldable metal table and small stool in the back. These items were observed to be used for staff to make spring rolls on the floor. Discussed reheating the beef brisket only once; this menu item is usually made daily and kept hot >60C on the stove.
