Kitchen not in operation at time of inspection. Monthly functions are held where food is prepared and served out of this kitchen. Ensure that during food preparation and service, there must be at least one person with FoodSafe certification supervising (and be able to produce their certificate/card for verification). Handsinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels **ensure to have adequate supply of paper towels for handsinks Two door cooler: 2.6 deg C Upright freezer: -22 deg C Dishwasher achieved 73.2 deg C plate level on rinse cycle No food preparation or hot holding at time of inspection Quat spray bottle at 200 ppm QUATS (labelled as ostro-san) General sanitation excellent, floors/walls/equipment were free of debris and dirt Kitchen well organized, foods stored off floor Dry storage area good Note: Operator currently has one renter who has been approved to use this kitchen (Tiffin Food Service).
