Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CL724K: - Hot water provided at all handwash stations and sinks. - Mouse droppings beside the high temperature dishwasher has been cleaned. - Door sweep installed at the bottom of the back door. Recommend installing at the exterior door. - Grease build-up has been adequately cleaned. This must be done as part of regular cleaning. CLOSURE ORDER rescinded. Operator may reopen for service.
