Handwash stations all stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Cooling units all less than 4 C. (clamshell lids on prep coolers closed to keep cold air in) Freezer below -18 C. Quats spray bottle measured 200 ppm. **Keep spray bottle located at front prep area for ease of access. Keep flour off grease trap - Install barrier between grease trap and any food product or food contact container. Consider additional shelving in back area. General facility very clean and organized at time of inspection. good job.
