Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel are missing at all handsinks - at the front serving area, in the washroom and in prep area (one compartment of three compartment sink)
Corrective Action(s): - Restock paper towel at all handsinks immediately.
- Paper towel rolls that fit in dispensers are not available. Get the right sized paper towel and restock all dispensers, meanwhile place paper towel rolls on the side and use that when washing hands

Observation: One compartment of three compartment sink is to be used as handwashing sink (when no dishwasihing is taking place) at the back prep area. Soap and paper towel dispenser not installed after tiles were replaced

- All coolers - upright display coolers (2), display cooler at front, upright storage cooler and walk-in cooler are measured at or below 4C
- UPright display freezer, domestic freezer and storage freezer at back are all functional
- Three compartment sink available at the back
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle at the back is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual
- NO evidence of pest activity is noted.

NOTE: Clean reusable dishes are stored directly underneath paper towel dispenser at the front handsink. Store all clean dishes away from dispenser to prevent contamination when staff is trying to reach paper towel
