Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Garlic and oil mixture 25C - discarded. Staff said they keep it out at lunch rush then return it in the cooler unit.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure garlic and oil is kept in the cooler unit at 4C or less at all times. Only take out a small portion for as much as needed during lunch rush and discard what is not used. Do not return to cooler unit if it has been above 4C for more than 2 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer was made up at time of inspection. Noted reusable cloth towels hanging above cookline.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is made up and readily available for use in all food preparation/handling areas. Keep all wiping cloths stored in sanitizer when not in use to prevent microbial growth.

All hand wash stations fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
All coolers 4⁰C or less (under counter, upright 3 door cooler...etc)
Bean sprouts for immediate use stored in ice water at time of inspection.
Freezer x3 all less than -18C
Hot holding of rice 65C.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest infestation noted at time of inspection.
Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71⁰C (with thermolabel).
All foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered...etc)
