Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottle at the front servicing area at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink avaliable for food preparation. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine.
Prep coolers, undercounter cooler, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer and undercounter freezer measured at -18C. Undercounter hot-holding unit measured at 60C. Rice hot-holding unit not in use at the time of inspection as it is reaching temperature.
Exhaust hood in sanitary condition.

NOTE: Ensure that daily cleaning underneath hard to reach areas are cleaned and sanitized in accordance to facility's Sanitation Plan.

Overall, facility is well organized.
