Corrective Action(s): - Wash and sanitize all teapots and glassware on storage shelf.
- Remove droppings, clean and sanitize shelf.

Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and thoroughly clean above noted areas.
- Continue to monitor for pest activity. Take corrective actions if new and/ or increased activity is observed.
- Ensure that all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service.

Observation: - Cleaning required in the following areas:
- Heavy dust accumulation on clean dishware/ food equipment storage shelving.
- Grease accumulation on cooking equipment exhaust ventilation filters.
- Dirt and food debris accumulation under and between unused prep cooler and steam kettle.
- Dust and food debris accumulation on unused hot holding equipment/ extra equipment stored in prep area.
- Food debris and garbage accumulation under ice machine and middle island prep counter and equipment.
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean above noted areas and all other hard to reach areas.

Observation: - White plastic baffle in ice machine is cracked, one broken piece also missing.
Corrective Action(s): - Replace plastic baffle in ice machine to prevent further potential broken pieces from contaminating ice. Cracks also cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized.

- Handsinks are accessible and provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Coolers in kitchen and bar are maintaining acceptable temperatures (≤4C).
- Freezers: -10C to -14C (Food products are maintained in a frozen state).
- Hot Holding Equipment are maintaining hot potentially hazardous foods at acceptable temperatures (≥60C).
- Food storage practices in coolers appear satisfactory - food in storage is protected from contamination.
- Interior of ice machine appears maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoops are stored outside of unit in a clean container.
- 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles.
- Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing Dishwasher: 50 ppm chlorine residual
- Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing Glasswasher: 12.5 ppm iodine residual
- FOODSAFE Level 1 requirements in compliance at time of inspection. An employee on duty has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- Valid Permit to Operate posted.
