Observation: Accumulation of debris observed on the knife rack located near the walk-in cooler.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the aforemetnioned knife rack and knives stored in the rack. Include the knife rack into your sanitation plan for weekly cleaning. Correct by: Immediately.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 1. Hand washing station at the bar area did not drain properly. Operator stated he already contacted the technician.
2. The cold water faucet for the hand washing station at the back kitchen near the ice cream cooler was missing.
Correction: 1. Service the hand washing station to ensure waste water can be drained properly. You are not allowed to operate the bar in the meantime. Correct by: August 5, 2019.
2. Replace the cold water faucet provide cold running water at this hand washing station. Correct by: August 5, 2019.

- Bar area hand washing station was able to drain waste water.
- Cold water faucet for the kitchen hand washing station had been replaced.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm bleach sanitizer.
- Knife rack near the walk-in cooler maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Beer cooler at 8C. Service the beer cooler to ensure it is maintained at 4C or less.
