- Low temp dishwasher produced 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface
- Walk-in cooler measured <4C
- Two door freezer measured -15 (defrost cycle)
- One door cooler measured 6C (defrost cycle- temperature dropped from 8C to 6C at the time of inspection)
- Coolers with inserts measured 4C
- One door freezer in the back measured -5C **Monitor temperature and if the temperature does not drop to -18C, adjust/repair immediately
- No hot holding at the time of inspection
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- FOODSAFE level 1 staff present
