Routine inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - 3 compartment sink available; not in use during inspection - 200ppm QUATS sanitizer available in buckets; solution is changed every 2 hours - Walk in cooler was 4C or lower; preparation cooler for inserts was 4-7C.
