Hand wash sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in dispensers and paper towels in dispensers.
Warming units well above 60C.
Prep Coolers: food items are around 8C surface temperature, operator said they will likely be used up within 2hrs and may have been prepped in the AM just before the inspection. Monitor temperature with thermometer to ensure cooler can keep up and maintain 4C.
Main walk in cooler <4C.
Other coolers <4C.
Freezers <-18C.
Prep table at the back was cleaned at the time of inspection. Suggest keeping cleaner/sanitizer (Quat - pink bottle) close by so surface can be cleaned on more frequent and regular basis as this is the main prep table.
Coffee station area appears clean and well maintained.
A few coolers/ice machines not working or not being in use at the time of inspection - these have signage for staff.
Floors do not considerably greasy, floors were being swept and cleaned at the time of inspection, thank you. Keep up the maintenance after night shift.
Drive through areas appear clean.
Washrooms are clean.
Dining areas - cleaned during the inspection. Please maintain regularly.
Staff washroom supplied for hand hygiene - thank you.
Dishwasher chlorine, strips available, 50-100ppm Chlorine. Gauge has been moved lower.
No drying rack available for dishwasher, unknown time dishes are inside dishwasher if not being pulled out to air dry. Would recommend there be at least a drying rack after the dishwasher to allow for air drying of dishes.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
