Observation:
- Deep gashes, food debris and food stain observed on the cutting board and the conveyer belt. The sanitation on those surfaces has been improved. Owner contacted Ecolab to install the dispensing system and get the cleaning tools.
Corrective Action(s): - Continue to work on the sanitation of the food contact surfaces.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation:
- No 100ppm bleach available for sanitizing knives or other equipment. Instruction given again on how to make 100ppm bleach.
Correction: - Contact chemical providers such as Ecolab or Steritech, to install a wall-mounted dispensing system. It will encourage food operastors to properly clean and sanitize the facility.

2nd Follow up inspection with the presence of the owner. 3rd follow up inspection will be conducted on August 17 to check the carts, drain cleaning, cleaning tools, dispensing system installation.

- 100ppm bleach solution observed in the 3rd sink of the 3 - compartment.
- Sanitation improved on the food contact services. Owner has been in contact with Ecolab to install the dispensing system and get tools to clean the food contact surfaces.
- Red tubs used to keep food containers off the floor. Owner has been contacting equipment provider to make carts.

Note: continue to brushing clean and sanitize the drain DAILY.
