Observation: Observed mop stored in a mop bucket that contains dirty water and staff was not actively mopping.
Corrective Action(s): Staff must discard any dirty mop bucket immediately after mopping the floor to avoid any stagnant water from attracting and breeding pests (e.g. flies).

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
Food were stored protected and off the floor.
200 PPM QUAT residual detected in the sanitizer containers (2 were tested).
400 PPM QUAT residual detected in the wall-mounted sanitizer.
Drain plugs were available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
Dipper well was running for in-use utensils during the inspection.
Wheatgrass used in this facility. Cuttings of wheatgrass is made well above the soil level, at least 1 inch; Flats of wheatgrass stored in a sanitary manner (ones that are not in active used is stored in the refrigeration unit or away from potential contamination); Did not observe any visibly moldy flats of wheatgrass.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Staff who is on-site at the time of inspection has her FoodSafe level 1 certificate available and is noted valid.
