Follow up inspection:
-Affected areas (floors of corners and hard to reach areas) were cleaned to remove rodent droppings.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the buckets with wiping cloths.
-Extra knives stored on-site and dishes were rewashed and sanitized by the person in charge.
-Crab meat was stored in the sushi cooler at the time of inspection.
-Person in charge had created a time stamp for the crab meat for the earlier lunch period today.
-Freezer was defrosted to remove the ice buildup and was in a clean condition.

The following requires your immediate attention:
*Repair/adjust/replace the cooler in the middle room (currently empty of food) to maintain a temperature at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F if this cooler is to be used to store potentially hazardous food.
