Observation: Rubber baseboard trim along the back of the kitchen wall completely soiled in grease and dirt.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the trim. Properly install baseboard to prevent water penetrating into the walls/floor.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CHKQ7B:

- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at front/back of house at >100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Three compartment dishwashing method discussed.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Staff stated that pest control inspection conducted on August 23; however summary report indicates service date Aug 4, 2018. Provide a pest control summary report that clearly indicates the date of service.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- One additional staff has successfully passed FOODSAFE level 1. Keep a copy of the certificate on site for review.
- Immediately begin daily temperature log for ALL coolers.
- Basement storage used for storing plastic bowls, chopsticks, and equipment. No foods stored inside.
- Freezer (basement storage locker) = -18C.
