Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in kitchen measured 0ppm at start of inspection and mixed using lemon scented bleach.
**Corrected during inspection** Facility had unscented household bleach available. 200ppm sanitizer solution mixed when identified by inspector.

Please ensure facility has more unscented bleach for sanitation purposes.

**Corrected during inspection** Operator removed scoop when identified. Operator to store scoops in a cleanable container for washing daily.

Observation: *REPEAT* (Since June 2023) Cleaning strongly needed in kitchen area.
- Dark spots where mop and broom has been unable to reach observed on floor under and behind heavy appliances.
- Food debris observed along wall and in crevasses (e.g. areas between cutting board and wall, under shelving, in staff washroom, etc.)
- Heavy Oil / Grease build up along, between and under cooking line appliances,
- Range hood canopy needs cleaning; oil observed to start dripping
- Range hood covers above deep friers need cleaning
Corrective Action(s): Heavy cleaning is needed at this facility. It is recommended to contract a professional cleaning company for thorough cleaning if staff is not able to keep up with cleaning schedule.

All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

No pest activity observed at time of inspection
Operator has valid FoodSAFE certificate (Exp Aug 5, 2023)
