Observation: 1) Front handsinks did not have paper towel immediately available for drying hands. (Note: cloths are not an acceptable means for drying hands). The kitchen handsink (by walk in cooler) did not hav eany liquid soap available - employees observed rinsing hands (with gloves on) with water only
* Note on glove use: Acceptable as long as they are regularly changed (ex. between activities like touching raw foods and then cooked foods). Employees must wash hands in between glove changes with soap and water. Educate staff.

Observation: 1) Ice scoops werer stored in ice bins. this is an issue as ice is a food and the handle of the scoop can come into contact with the ice and contaminate it.
Correction: Store ice scoops separately from ice (e.g. in another container) immediately
2) Raw meats were sotred uncovered in the walk-in cooler. Meat juices may leak or other foods /debris may contaminate the meats.
Correction: Ensure that all foods in coolers/freezers are covered
